Baghdad, March 07, 2010, SPA -- Explosions killed 16 people as Iraqis voted on Sunday in an election, Reuters reported. This is the start of Iraq's second vote for a full-term parliament since the 2003 invasion. Twelve people died in a blast at a residential building in Baghdad, an Interior Ministry source said.
