KABUL, Afghanistan, Safar 25, 1432, Jan 29, 2011, SPA -- Afghanistan's Interior Ministry says Kandahar's deputy provincial governor has been killed by a suicide bomber who attacked his convoy in the southern city. Spokesman Zemeri Bashery said Abdul Latif Ashna was killed Saturday as he was being driven to work when a suicide bomber on a motorcycle slammed into his car.
