Kabul, Shawwal 03, 1431, Sept 12, SPA -- Afghan and coalition forces killed five insurgents in Nangarhar province overnight, including a Taliban operational commander, NATO's International Security Assistance Force said Sunday. Intelligence reports indicate the commander, Qari Wali, was planning to conduct rocket attacks against area voting centers during elections next week, the force was quoted as saying by CNN.
