Algiers, January 23, 2010, SPA -- Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al-Thani will leave for Algiers tomorrow in response to an invitation from Algerian Prime Minister Ahmad Yahya.
