ISLAMABAD, October 24, SPA --Officials say Pakistan"s army has captured the hometown of the Taliban chief in a major offensive. Elsewhere in the northwest, officials said a suspected U.S. missile strike has killed at least 14 people, according to a report of The Associated Press. Two army and one intelligence official said Saturday that the military has taken the town of Kotkai in South Waziristan after days of fighting.
