BRUSSELS, August 11, SPA -- NATO says its new secretary-general is holding his first meeting with Russia's envoy to thealliance, The Associated Press reported. Anders Fogh Rasmussen took office earlier this month. Hehas vowed to make relations with Moscow one of his toppriorities.
