Amman, August 11, SPA -- Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi on Monday told his Jordanian counterpart Nasser Judeh that Beijing supported the two-state vision as a solution for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, according to a Foreign Ministry statement. The two men reviewed the latest international efforts aimed atensuring a resumption of peace talks on the basis of relevant UNresolutions and the Arab peace initiative. "The Chinese foreign minister expressed his country's support for on-going international efforts that have the aim of readyingconditions conducive to the launching of serious negotiations in therun-up for accomplishing the two-state solution," the statement was quoted as saying by the German News Agency "DPA".
