Moscow, Oct 09, SPA -- Azerbaijan's president IlhamAliyev said late today there has been "no progress" with hisArmenian counterpart over resolving a two-decade dispute,contradicting earlier statements by Russia, Reuters cited Interfax as reporting. "As far as the key topics are concerned, both sides couldnot move towards an agreement, and the main reason for this wasbecause the position of the Armenian side was unconstructive,"the news agency quoted Aliyev as telling Azeri state television.
