Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Sept 21, SPA --President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo of Republic of the Philippines and the accompanying delegation left here today for Jeddah to attend the opening ceremony of King Abdullah University for Sciences and Technology (KAUST) which will be held on Wednesday.
