DUSHANBE, Tajikistan, July 27, SPA -- Two small explosions have hit the Tajik capital before a high-profile meeting between theleaders of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Russia, injuring noone, officials said Monday. The Prosecutor General's office said one of the explosionsoccurred Sunday outside a hotel several blocks away fromthe presidential palace in the impoverished Central Asiannation. Another went off near a luggage storage facility ofa local airport, The Associated Press reported.
