Kabul, April 27, 2010, SPA -- Afghanistan's interior ministry says a rocket attack has killed three civilians inside a home in the northern Kunduz province. The ministry said Tuesday that the rocket also wounded three civilians in the home. The statement blamed insurgents for the Monday night attack, the Associated Press reported.
