Geneva, March 30, 2010, SPA -- Negotiators completed today the 10th round of negotiations since the 2008 war between Russia and Georgia, making little concrete progress, according to dpa. The Geneva talks on security and humanitarian issues in the Caucus region were deemed as being difficult and challenging by the parties, but some movement was noted on narrowing the negotiations down to more specific issues than in the past. In addition to Russian and Georgian officials, the two-days of talks included representatives from the breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Chairing the talks were officials from the European Union, the United Nations and the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe (OSCE). The next round was scheduled for June 8. --SPA 21:13 LOCAL TIME 18:13 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/764259
