BAGHDAD, March 29, SPA -- U.S. and Iraqi troops are exchanginggunfire with militants in central Baghdad a day after the arrest of a local leader of security volunteers sparked a gunfight. There were no immediate reports of casualties in Sunday'sgunbattle, Associated Press reported. On Saturday, four people were killed when fighting brokeout in the Fadhil neighborhood after police arrested thehead of the local Awakening Council.
