ISLAMABAD, May 16, SPA -- Pakistan's army says 47 Taliban militants and three soldiers have died in the latest fighting in thenorthwestern Swat Valley region. Army spokesman Maj. Gen. Athar Abbas said Saturday thatthe casualties were inflicted during the previous 24 hours.
