GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip, March 31, SPA -- Israeli forces attacked agroup of Palestinians along the Gaza-Israel borderearly Tuesday, killing two gunmen and wounding three othersin one of the worst flare-ups of violence since Israelended its offensive in the territory more than two monthsago, Associated Press reported. Palestinian witnesses reported hearing two explosions fromthe border area in the central Gaza Strip, after whichIsraeli helicopters hovered over the fence and fired attargets. Medical crews evacuated the bodies of two Palestinian menin military uniforms from the border, according to Dr. Moaiya Hassanain of Gaza's Health Ministry.
