Al-Quds city (Jerusalem), June 09, SPA -- US President Barack Obama's special envoy to the Middle East called Tuesday for no more foot-dragging in Israeli- Palestinian peace negotiations. "We all share an obligation to create the conditions for theprompt resumption and early conclusions of negotiations," GeorgeMitchell told reporters after meeting Israeli President Shimon Peresin Jerusalem.
