BAGHDAD, April 07, SPA -- Iraqi police officials say a car bomb in aneighborhood of Baghdad has killed at least eight people and wounded 12 others. Associated Press quoted officials as saying that a parked car rigged with explosives exploded around noon Tuesday on a busy commercial street inthe Kazimiyah neighborhood in northern Baghdad.
