BERLIN, July 08, SPA -- The German government says Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will meet Chancellor Angela Merkel inBavaria next week. Government spokesman Thomas Steg said Wednesday that thetwo leaders will meet July 16 at the Schleissheim Palace inthe suburbs of Munich. Steg says the meeting will address topics such as theglobal economic crisis and combating climate change. He says Merkel's interior, economy, environment, educationand culture ministers also will attend.
