BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, May 26, SPA -- Kyrgyzstan says it has closed its border with Uzbekistan after riots were reported in anUzbek region. Kyrgyzstan's border guard service said Tuesday that theviolence took place in the Uzbek region of Andijan. Andijan is located in the Fergana Valley, which has seenregular outbreaks of ethnic and religious violence.
