ROTTERDAM, Netherlands, April 11, SPA -- Police say a Dutch manpulled a gun in a noisy cafe and opened fire on patronsinside and passers-by, killing one person and woundingthree others. A spokesman said people outside the cafe wrestled thegunman to the ground and held him until police arrived. The spokesman said the motive was unclear for the shootingin the early hours of Saturday. But it may have begun witha quarrel in the cafe, where a talent contest was under wayand loud music was playing.
