BAGHDAD, June 01, SPA -- A bomb exploded Monday at a wholesale produce market in southern Baghdad, killing four people and wounding 14, Iraqi police officials said. The blast occurred shortly before 8 a.m. at the Rasheedmarket in Baghdad's southern Dora neighborhood _ the samemarket that was the scene of a car bombing last month thatkilled 15 people and wounded nearly 50, Associated Press reported. An Iraq police official said the bomb was planted near thefront gate of the market, and exploded as trucks carryingfruits and vegetables were waiting to enter with theirgoods. --SPA www.spa.gov.sa/670065
