United Nations, Nov 13, SPA -- In an editorial in Wednesday’s International Herald Tribune, former British prime minister Tony Blair lauded King Abdullah’s interfaith initiative and urged skeptics to recognize its significance.“To many people, especially in the West, his initiative may seem unremarkable. In fact, it is a major step forward in the long march to a relationship between Islam and other faiths that is not one of confrontation or distrust but of peaceful co-existence,” Blair wrote.“Many are skeptical of the value of this initiative emanating from the kingdom.
