NEW DELHI, September 28, SPA -- The death toll from a bomb blast in a NewDelhi flower market rose to two on Sunday after a man diedfrom injuries, and investigators hunted for the twomotorcycle riders who left the explosive, police said. Another 22 marketgoers were wounded when a packageexploded in the Mehrauli area of the Indian capital onSaturday, spokesman Rajan Bhagat told The Associated Press. Investigators questioned several people but have no leads,Bhagat said. «Several people have been detained, questioned and thenallowed to go home,» he said. Police were searching for two young people who fled on amotorbike after dropping the bomb concealed in a blackpackage in the middle of a road on Saturday, he said. The package exploded after a teenage boy picked it up andshouted to the motorbike riders that they had dropped it. He died on the spot. A 60-year-old man died overnight in the state-run hospitalwhere the injured were being treated, Bhagat said. No one has claimed responsibility for the low-intensityblast, he said.
