BRUSSELS, Jan 12, SPA -- There is no reason for Russianot to resume gas supplies on the basis of an agreementconcluded at the weekend with Ukraine and the European Union, reuters quoted the EU's Czech presidency as saying on Monday. Czech Industry Minister Martin Riman made the comments afterRussia rejected Ukrainian additions to a three-way deal todeploy monitors to check the flow of gas.
