Jeddah, October 18, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, has expressed OIC's deep satisfaction over the decision taken by Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad to establish diplomatic relations between Syria and Lebanon. OIC's Secretary General congratulated Syrian President Al-Assad and Lebanese President General Michel Suleiman on this decision in messages he addressed recently to both on this occasion.
