KINSHASA, Nov 19 (SPA) - Congolese Tutsi rebels werepulling back "in the hundreds" from frontline positions in NorthKivu province in a gesture to support a United Nations peaceinitiative, a U.N. military spokesman said on Wednesday. "Since yesterday evening they have been withdrawing. Theyare pulling back south on three axes - from Kanyabayonga towardsKibirizi, from Kanyabayonga towards Nyanzale and from Rwindisouth," Lt-Col Jean-Paul Dietrich told Reuters.
