PARIS,September 03 , SPA --Pirates off the coast of Somalia have seizeda sailboat with two French citizens aboard, the FrenchForeign Ministry said Wednesday. According to AP, The ministry condemned the attack on the boat in the Gulfof Aden and called for the release of the two Frenchnationals. It said they are the only hostages believedaboard.
