KABUL, Afghanistan, January 25, SPA -- A suicide bomber blew himself up at a market in eastern Afghanistan, killing a civilian andwounding eight others, an official said Sunday. The bomber's target in the Saturday attack was anintelligence officer in Samkanai district of Paktiaprovince, said Rohulla Samun, the spokesman for Paktia'sgovernor.
