Riyadh Al-Turki said that the King's speech had a deep impact on accelerating the process as regards implementation of the Council's decisions and recommendations issued by the previous subsequent summits, which contributed to a number of concrete achievements especially on the economic front. He called on the GCC peoples to be optimistic about the bright future compared to the past.
