Rabat, Sept 7, SPA -- Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation al-Tayyeb al-Fasi held here on Saturday talks with US State Secretary Condoleezza Rice. The Moroccan news agency reported that the talks were focused on the latest developments of the Sahara's problem and the reforms made by Morocco in the political domain and in the field of human rights.
