TOKYO, June 23 (SPA) - Japanese Prime Minister YasuoFukuda said on Monday he had made no decision on a possiblecabinet reshuffle, and that pressing on with his policy agendawas more important than calling an election. Speaking at a news conference to mark the end of aparliamentary session Fukuda said he needed to choose his timing carefully. "I have said many times that nothing has been decided, butat this point nothing is decided," Fukuda said, in response toa question about a cabinet reshuffle. "You asked about calling an election and there are peoplewho believe I should call an election if the politicalsituation changes," he said in response to another question.
