ISTANBUL, Turkey, August 04, SPA -- Turkey's state-run media says thecountry's army chief, will be Turkey's next military commander. The Anatolia news agency says 65-year-old Gen. IlkerBasbug will replace the current chief, Gen. YasarBuyukanit. Basbug will take charge at the end of August.
