SEOUL, South Korea, July 18, SPA -- A South Korean official says theForeign ministers from all six countries involved in NorthKorean nuclear talks will meet next week. The meeting is the first at the foreign minister levelsince the talks began in 2003, raising hopes of moreprogress on North Korea's nuclear disarmament. The talksinvolve China, Japan, Russia, the U.S. and the two Koreas.
