DHAKA, Bangladesh, June 04, SPA -- Authorities say police havedetained more than 10,000 people in a nationwide anti-crimedrive over the past week in Bangladesh. Police chief Nur Mohammad said the drive was launched lastFriday to improve law and order before national electionsplanned for late this year.
