ISLAMABAD, April 28, SPA -- Iranian President MahmoudAhmadinejad arrived Monday in Pakistan for a brief visit. Ahmadinejad is to meet with Pakistani President PervezMusharraf and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani during thehours-long stopover on his way to Sri Lanka, the Associated Press reported. A key subject is expected to be the pipeline, whichPakistan and India are considering building to importnatural gas from Iran. The pipeline would run 2,615 kilometers (1,625 miles) fromIran to India through Pakistan and initially carry 60million cubic meters (2,120 million cubic feet) of gas aday.
