Peacekeepers search home of Radovan Karadzic's supporter

SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina, April 02, SPA -- European Union forces supported by NATO on Wednesday searched the home of a supporter of Radovan Karadzic, Bosnia's most-wanted warcrimes suspect, looking for clues to his whereabouts,officials said. Troops searched the house of Dragan Draskovic «who issuspected of being connected to Karadzic, » in Krupac, 10kilometers (6 miles) southeast of Sarajevo, Lt. Col. IanBratt, a spokesman for the European Union Force, said. The aim was to find material or information that couldhelp in the search for war-crimes suspects, and to putpressure on networks that support him in hiding, Brattwas quoted as saying by the Associated Press. This was the third raid in a week. Last Thursdaypeacekeepers searched the homes of Karadzic's wife anddaughter and of a neighbor. On Tuesday, Bosnian Serb policeraided the house of two of Karadzic's wartime bodyguards.
