Meanwhile, EU foreign policy Chief Javier Solana, who is here as part of a tour that will also take him to Israel and the Palestinian territories, is expected to meet with President Mubarak later today. Solana is also set to meet with Abul Gheit, and Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hussan Zaki had said the two officials would be discussing developments in the Palestinian-Israeli crisis.
