SEOUL, South Korea, August 26, SPA -- North Korea says it has stoppeddisabling its nuclear facilities and will consider restoring them, the Associated Press reported. The North's Foreign Ministry says Tuesday it took themeasure because the United States has failed to remove itfrom Washington's list of terror sponsors as a reward fordisabling the facilities. The ministry said in a statement that the suspension tookeffect on Aug. 14 and that it has notified countriesinvolved in international talks on its nuclear programs.
