BHUBANESWAR, India, June 29, SPA -- A local official says 40 policeofficers are feared drowned in eastern India after a groupof suspected communist rebels attacked a police boat. Local police official Satish Kumar Gajbhiya says more than50 police were aboard the boat Sunday in Orissa state whensuspected rebels attacked, capsizing the vessel.
