SHARM EL-SHEIK, Egypt, May 18, SPA -- The White House says U.S. President George W. Bush will return to the Mideast if hethinks it will be helpful to advance the peace process. Bush is in Egypt, wrapping up his second trip to theregion this year. He is pushing against long odds to reachan Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement in the eight monthsbefore he leaves office, the Associated Press reported. National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley says Bush is opento a return trip though none is on the schedule.
