KABUL, Afghanistan, April 09, SPA -- A NATO spokesman says a suicide attack in eastern Afghanistan has killed 15 people andwounded 25 others. Maj. Martin O'Donnell said there were NATO troops in thearea of the attack Tuesday but there were no alliancecasualties. He said the insurgents opened fire before a suicide bomberblew himself up in Khogyani district of Nangahar province.
