COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, March 22, SPA -- A Sri Lankan navy official says one of its ships hit a floating mine off the island'snorthern coast, leaving 10 sailors missing. The incident occurred amid intensified fighting between SriLankan troops and ethnic Tamil rebels, the Associated Press reported. Navy spokesman D.K.P.
