MOSCOW, February 08, SPA -- Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk met with Russian leaders in Moscow on Friday with the hope of improving bilateral ties. «It is always most important at the start to honestlydeclare mutual trust,» Tusk said at the beginning of histalks with Russian Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov. «Iunderstand that our meeting today will mean that those inWarsaw and in Moscow who do not understand the need toimprove our relations will lose some of their arguments.» The one-day trip is the first visit by a Polish primeminister to Moscow since 2001, the Associated Press reported.
