MOGADISHU, Somalia, August 13, SPA --A small plane crashed outsidethe Somali capital Wednesday, killing at least threepeople, witnesses said. Associated Press quoted witness Abdi Qadir Hassan as saying that he saw the plane go down near an airstrip, 50 kilometers (31 miles) south ofMogadishu. Nuriye Ali Farah, who visited the scene afterthe crash, said another body was also retrieved from thesmoldering wreck of the plane.
