Algiers, July 07, SPA -- Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs Mourad Medelci held talks here today with Mansour Khalid, the advisor of the Sudanese President, who earlier arrived in Algeria conveying a message from President Omar Al-Basheer to his Algerian counterpart Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
