SUKHUMI, Georgia, July 07, SPA -- A powerful explosion killed fourpeople and wounded five in the breakaway Georgian region ofAbkhazia, a top security official said Monday. It was the fifth bombing in a week in or near Abkhazia. The security official, Yuri Ashuba, said the latest bombwent off late Sunday in the town of Gali near the office ofthe Abkhazian security service, killing a regional securitychief and a female resident.
