BAGHDAD, April 15 (SPA) - Two car bombs killed more than50 people in Iraq on Tuesday, Reuters reported. In one of the deadliest strikes in months, one car bombkilled 40 people and wounded 70 others outside a provincialgovernment headquarters in Baquba, local capital of DiyalaProvince north of Baghdad, police said.
