MOSCOW, April 14, SPA -- The Kremlin says Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Libya this week, the Associated Press reported. Putin's office says in a statement Monday that he willvisit Libya on Wednesday and Thursday on the invitation ofthe Libyan leader, Moammar Gadhafi.
