BAGHDAD, April 14, SPA -- Iraqi police say a dozen fire trucks and other equipment have been brought in to fight a large firein eastern Baghdad, the Associated Press reported. Police say the blaze broke out early Monday morning aftera roadside bomb exploded next to a U.S. military convoy. An officer said the blast damaged an armored Humvee. Italso set fire to nearby shops and spread to other stalls ina large marketplace.
