TEHRAN, April 13 (SPA) - A blast in a mosque in southernIran that killed at least 10 people on Saturday was not anattack and was probably caused by negligence, a police officialwas quoted as saying on Sunday by a state television station. "The blast may have been caused by explosives left behindfrom an earlier exhibition commemorating the (1980-88) Iran-Iraqwar," said the English-language Press TV.
